We have built some of the meanest WK1s harassing the streets of Denver and wanted a FUNCTIONAL cowl hood that was very high quality, sleek and a stylish with out being too busy. There was nothing on the market that fit all these requirements so we built our own and after 5 or 6 revisions we finally produced a product that we were happy with.

The hood is available with a few different options:

Fiberglass with White or Black Gel-Coat
(Gel Coated Finish Not Painted must be painted to match your vehicle)

Carbon Fiber Gel-Coat

This hood is not clear coated, but does include a UV Stable clear gel-coat that will work as a perfect base for added paint work or stay as a great lightweight finish for race vehicles.

This hood is for customers who plan on doing some paint work to their carbon fiber hood, but still want to leave exposed carbon somewhere in the surface of the hood.

Carbon Fiber Show Finished

This is a show quality version of the carbon hood with a full treatment of automotive clear coat added to the hood after a more tedious block and wet sanding to ensure an absolutely flawless finish!

This hood is for the customer who wants to perform no paint work and simply bolt on a perfect hood!


DISCLAIMER – Due to the hand made process of this item, there may be a small number of tiny air bubbles present in the finish. This is due to the hand lay-up procedure that gives this hood the 3-dimensional look in the carbon braid. This is normal and there is no problem with the structure of the hood.
